Pre-Christmas Celebration at STEM World School In the words of Benjamin Franklin, "A good conscience is a continual Christmas" and by keeping that spirit in mind, the students of classes 3 to 5 of STEM World School had a very pompous and soulful Pre-Christmas celebration on 23rd December, 2022. A vivaciously well-decorated cultural programme was organised at our auditorium by the students of classes 3 to 5 to uplift the festive mood. A refreshingly soothing opening song by the students of classes 3 & 4 set the tone for the rest of the programme. It was followed by some lively dance performances which gel well with the joyous vibes of the occasion. After those performances, an engaging Bengali drama 'The Hungry Hug', containing a very serious message regarding food wastage, was staged by the students of classes 3, 4 & 5. The drama was followed by some more vibrant dance performances by the students of classes 3 & 4. The programme ended with the entry of Santa (performed by one of our teachers) which, of course, brought sensation among the students and left a smile in everyone's face. It was, indeed, a stupendous effort by our students to present such an immensely impressive programme to catch the festive spirit of the season. Surely, the students, with their mindset of being able to enjoy the gleeful vibes of the occasion with others, echoed the true essence of Christmas, as quoted by Valentine Davies, “Christmas isn't just a day, it's a frame of mind”.
