Special Assembly on Buddha Purnima (6 – 12)

On 13th May, STEM World School celebrated "Buddha Purnima" at the Assembly Hall. The sacred occasion marked the birth, enlightenment, and Mahaparinirvana of Lord Gautama Buddha, the founder of Buddhism and a symbol of peace, compassion, and wisdom. On this auspicious day, our school hosted a special program to honour the teachings and life of Lord Buddha. The event began with a serene prayer session followed by speeches and a short chart representation on "The Four Noble Truths" and "The Five Precepts." Through this celebration, the students have kept their focus to learn about the importance of kindness, mindfulness, and inner peace—values that are still deeply relevant in today’s world. The involvement of the students to participate by coming together was praiseworthy, with their mission to make this event meaningful by reflecting on Buddha’s message and applying it in our daily lives.
