AIMS AND PURPOSES OF THE WORKSHOP: The workshop focused on the theme “Creating a NEP Resource Lab” — a hands-on session designed to help schools implement the National Education Policy through innovative, activity-based learning resources. The main aim of the workshop was to guide educators in setting up a NEP Resource Lab that promotes creative, hands-on, and experiential learning in alignment with the National Education Policy (NEP). Mr. Niraj Gupta, Managing Director of Rachna Sagar Pvt. Ltd., shared valuable insights about the NEP Lab tools and Teaching-Learning Materials (TLMs), which are useful for integrating various subjects. The workshop aimed to help teachers incorporate NEP principles into everyday classroom practices through innovative tools and real-life learning experiences, fostering a more engaging and skill-oriented education environment.
