The goal of Quiz competitions are always interesting and informative, which keeps the students interested. The primary goal of this event is to educate them on current general knowledge in Science and Technology, Current Affairs, Sports, Business, and Entertainment. An Inter-School Quiz Competition was held at East Point School on 29.11.25 (Saturday), where the little champs of STEM World School, from Classes 6 to 8 participated. The event was Co-ordinated by Nutshell an initiative of Quizzora & Co. and was graced by twelve schools all over North 24 Parganas. The quiz was divided into five rounds. The first round was the elimination round, in which the quiz was held separately for each team in a written format. The second round focused on current events, the third on a visual theme, the fourth round on business, sports, and entertainment and the final round was the buzzer round. The students of our school competed against all the twelve schools and were selected for the finals. The names of the winners were announced at the end of the ceremony. The students were motivated by providing them with certificates and mementos. The quiz competition resulted in students who were very responsive, well-prepared, enthusiastic, and followed the rules. The level of the competition was kept on par with competitive exams to assist students in their academic careers and future job opportunities. The efforts of the students to broaden their knowledge and learning was really appreciable.
