Brown Day Celebration (2026)

Brown Day is a delightful event celebrated in kindergarten to introduce young learners to the color brown and its significance in the world around them. Brown Day is a popular theme day in nursery and kindergarten curricula, designed to help young children recognize, identify, and appreciate the color brown in nature, food, and daily life. It features, children dressing in brown, participating in creative, themed activities like making bear masks or using cocoa powder, and learning about associated objects like trees, soil, and animals This event fosters a sense of community and excitement, making learning both meaningful and memorable. Through these activities like Brown colour paper pasting, Sawdust activity and Jute thread activity to develop their understanding of the color brown and enhance their observation, motor, and social skills. Children thoroughly enjoyed culinary of making kajur delight, a simple and healthy treat using almonds, cashews, and dates which promotes healthy eating habits. Here are the glimpses of the BROWN DAY celebration.
